Small Straws In A Soft Wind by Marsha Burns: Procrastination is your enemy that fills you with dread and causes you to be anxious. You must set your will to do what needs to be done today and every day. Do not put off until tomorrow what you can accomplish today. Ask for help, and I will help you, says the Lord.
Proverbs 21:25-26 The desire of the lazy man kills him, for his hands refuse to labor. He covets greedily all day long, but the righteous gives and does not spare.
January 7, 2025. From where do you get your help, the government, friends, family, church? Today, be like the Psalmist David. He put his trust in Me. He said when he was afraid, he put his trust in Me. He said some trust in horses and chariots but he trusted in Me. He said he would lift his eyes to the hills and put his trust in of the Maker of heaven and earth. Turn to Me in times of trouble.
Psalm 121:1-2 “I will lift up my eyes to the hills—from whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.” Robin Robinson Bohlin
January 7, 2025. This is not the end, this is a New beginning. I am making ALL things New again. I am bringing New provision from things you’ve never seen before, there is going to be a supernatural increase in every area that pertains to you. Today is the day to shake off every disappointment, and distraction. Forgive those who have wronged you and let me walk with you into the NEW.
Isaiah 43:18-19 “Do not remember the former things or ponder the things of the past. Listen carefully, I am about to do a new thing, now it will spring forth; will you not be aware of it? I will even put a road in the wilderness, rivers in the desert.” Pam Jackson
January 7, 2013. (Reposted) Failure only happens if you give up. Don’t give up, precious one. I give you the freedom to quit but I don’t control you. I don’t want to control you. I love you too much to control you. I believe you have enough spunk to get up and go at it again. I know you will call on My Spirit within you to show you the way and guide you forward. I know what is best and am always here for you. But I wait for you to turn and call on Me for help, and I love you enough to keep after you until you do, but I wait on you.
Proverbs 24:16 “The godly may trip seven times, but they will get up again. But one disaster is enough to overthrow the wicked.” Bev Robinson
January 7, 2013. (Reposted) At times, you have been struggling with your identity. The issue of comparing yourself with others is very real in your soul. In your mind, you think about who you are. What am I here for? How am I going to fit into His plans? Where exactly am I supposed to minister and to whom? Then, you wonder when will this all come to pass and why? The Lord says, “Wrap your mind, will, and emotions around who I say you are. Believe it, even though you may feel unworthy of My blessings and call upon your life. You are My brother, and or sister, and friend. We are blood relatives.”
1 Corinthians 1:26-29 “Remember, dear brothers and sisters, that few of you were wise in the world’s eyes or powerful or wealthy when God called you. Instead, God chose things the world considers foolish in order to shame those who think they are wise. And He chose things that are powerless to shame those who are powerful. God chose things despised by the world, things counted as nothing at all, and used them to bring to nothing what the world considers important. As a result, no one can ever boast in the presence of God.” Kevin Robinson
