Small Straws In A Soft Wind by Marsha Burns: You will have a tendency to get overwhelmed with all that needs to be done to get on board with the new year. You must take one thing at a time, one day at a time to reorient yourself and settle in. Be kind to yourself and others along the way.
Ephesians 4:31-32 Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.
January 2, 2025. Shine bright like a diamond! You are a city on a hill that cannot be hidden. Let your bright light shine! Let others know of My goodness. You have experienced these things for a reason – I want you to pass it on to others. Be the “gospel gabber”. Gab about My goodness in the back rooms, in the front rooms, privately and publicly. I’ve made you “sparkly” for a reason – Shine bright like a diamond for the Kingdom!
Matthew 5:14-16 “You are the light of the world—like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden. No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father.” Robin Robinson Bohlin
January 2, 2015. (Reposted) There is no stopping the blessings that are headed your way. You are keeping your heart pure before Me. When even the least of sins is committed you quickly confess and trust that My blood cleanses you from all unrighteousness. You give when I impress you, even large gifts, and I know that it is not always easy. Our relationship is precious to Me, and I know it is also precious to you. I love you.

January 2, 2014. (Reposted) Don’t get ahead of yourself. You are considering making a decision without thoroughly thinking it through. You are tired of a decision lingering so long and just want to get it done. Wait. Consider carefully the cost of an expedient decision. Don’t let your tiredness of this going on for so long cause you to choose something you will regret later. I know you are frustrated with what others are doing that slowed down the process. You’ve heard the saying that two wrongs don’t make a right. This is a true saying.
Luke 14:28-29 “Is there anyone here who, planning to build a new house, doesn’t first sit down and figure the cost so you’ll know if you can complete it? If you only get the foundation laid and then run out of money, you’re going to look pretty foolish.” Bev Robinson
January 2, 2014. (Reposted) You have been baptized into the favor and peace of God’s presence. His uncompromising love and acceptance envelops you. He has given you an abundance of peace to walk in the glory of God. It is as if you walk around in a bubble of glory. It should remind you daily that you have been chosen and anointed for this hour and season. God is anointing you like a warm blanket to comfort the hurt and lonely. Picture yourself in the winter season as having many warm blankets to share. You are sharing those blankets as from the Lord Himself.
Luke 2:14 “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to men on whom His favor rests.” Ras Robinson
