Small Straws In A Soft Wind by Marsha Burns:

When you are faced with a task that is out of your wheelhouse and beyond the realm of your expertise, do not hesitate to ask for help. You will not be diminished in any way except that your ego might be bruised a bit. These are days of reality and humility that will undoubtedly produce spiritual growth.

James 4:10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up.

October 4, 2024. Give, give and give again. Can you ever really give too much? I gave My most precious and valuable thing. My Son was given for your freedom, I want you to in turn give the precious. Is it your time, is it your space, is it your money, is it your resources? Ask that question today. You might say “I have nothing to give.” No one is ever at that point. Remember the woman who gave two mites.

Mark 12:41-45 “And He sat down opposite the treasury and saw how the crowd was casting money into the treasury. Many rich [people] were throwing in large sums. And a widow who was poverty-stricken came and put in two copper mites [the smallest of coins], which together make half of a cent. And He called His disciples [to Him] and said to them, Truly and surely I tell you, this widow, [she who is] poverty-stricken, has put in more than all those contributing to the treasury. For they all threw in out of their abundance; but she, out of her deep poverty, has put in everything that she had—[even] all she had on which to live.” Robin Robinson Bohlin

October 4, 2024. There are those around you who can become a distraction. The enemy will try to keep you in a state of distraction. If he can distract you, he will deceive you. If he can deceive you, he will manipulate your time and energy. Use your time wisely. There are those that are Truth seekers, give them My truth. Ask Me to show you those who want My truth. Trust Me to do the work.

Ephesians 5:15-16 “So be very careful how you live, not being like those with no understanding, but live honorably with true wisdom, for we are living in evil times. Take full advantage of every day as you spend your life for His purposes.” Pam Jackson
