Small Straws In A Soft Wind by Marsha Burns:

You can now deal with issues that have been left unattended, but you will need wisdom. You are not without help. Ask, and I will show you the way. Insights that have seemed to escape you will be readily available, says the Lord. Quiet your trepidation and fear of failure and put your belief in Me.

Matthew 7:7 Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.

Psalm 119:33-40

Establish for me, O LORD, the way of Your ordinances! and I will seek after them always. Bring understanding to me! and I will search out Your law and I will guard it with my whole heart. Guide me in the road of Your commandments! for I wanted it. Lean my heart unto Your testimonies and not unto the desire for wealth! Turn  my eyes to not behold folly! Enliven me in Your way! Establish to Your servant, Your oracle, so as to fear You! Remove my scorn! which I dreaded, for Your judgments are gracious. Behold, I desired Your commandments; enliven me in Your righteousness!

July 23, 2024. You’ve heard the phrase, “Birds of a feather flock together.” Eagles and sparrows usually don’t fly together. Neither do falcons and cardinals fly together. Look around you and take note of your flock. Are they ones who will bring you down or pump you up? You might just have let some vultures into the mix. While it might be painful at first, get with those who are most like who you want to be. Your tribe matters.

July 23, 2024. For those of you who have grandchildren or desire grandchildren, I heard the Lord say this. I will raise up a standard of righteousness in this generation to proclaim My name and wear My armor in the LORD’S army. You will see the difference in your grandchildren versus those of the “world”. Continue to declare with your mouth and believe in your heart My goodness in the lives of these precious ones and see My promise come forth says the Lord.

Proverbs 17:6 “Grandchildren are the crown of the elderly and children are the boating of their fathers.” Budd Rodgers
